Als Business Automation Manager bei Peter Park sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Arbeitsabläufe effizienter werden. Du implementierst moderne Automatisierungstools und nutzt Technologien, um Prozesse zu vereinfachen. Dein Ziel ist es, wiederholende Aufgaben zu automatisieren und so die Arbeit zu erleichtern. Dabei entwickelst Du stabile Geschäftsprozesse und erstellst benutzerfreundliche Automatisierungen mit No-/Low-Code-Tools, die schnell einsatzbereit sind und uns helfen, besser zu skalieren.

Was ist Deine Aufgabe?

Du entwickelst und implementierst eine umfassende Automatisierungsstrategie, die auf die Ziele und Vorgaben des Unternehmens abgestimmt ist.
Du verwaltest und nutzt eine Vielzahl von Automatisierungstools wie Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate sowie Programmiersprachen wie Python oder JavaScript, um automatisierte Lösungen zu entwerfen, umzusetzen und zu optimieren, die den Anforderungen und Arbeitsabläufen der Organisation gerecht werden.
Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und Workflows, um Ineffizienzen oder Bereiche zu identifizieren, die von Automatisierung profitieren könnten. Dabei setzt Du Dein starkes Geschäftsverständnis sowie Deine analytischen und technischen Fähigkeiten gezielt ein.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung automatisierter Prozesse, stellst deren einwandfreie Funktion sicher, behebst Probleme und führst Wartungsaufgaben durch, um die Leistung zu optimieren.
Du nutzt Datenanalysen, um die Effektivität der Automatisierungsprozesse zu messen, und erstellst Berichte sowie Einblicke, um zu beurteilen, wie Automatisierung die wichtigsten Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) beeinflusst.
Du bleibst über neue Technologien und Best Practices im Bereich Automatisierung informiert und suchst kontinuierlich nach Möglichkeiten, bestehende Automatisierungsprozesse zu verbessern.
Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams der verschiedenen Abteilungen, Stakeholdern und Anbietern zusammen, um eine reibungslose Abstimmung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Automatisierungsinitiativen sicherzustellen.
Du hinterfragst und verbesserst den Status quo kritisch; während Du Dich mit Automatisierung beschäftigst, lernst Du die aktuellen Abläufe genau kennen und entwickelst laufend innovative Ideen für effizientere und effektivere Prozesse.

Deine Fähigkeiten:

Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich wie Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft und mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Automatisierung, Prozessverbesserung oder ähnlichen Bereichen.
Du beherrschst Automatisierungstools wie Make, Zapier, UiPath oder ähnliche Plattformen und kannst effiziente automatisierte Lösungen entwickeln.
Du hast Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (z. B. Python, JavaScript) oder Scripting, um automatisierte Workflows anzupassen und zu optimieren.
Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen es Dir, effektiv mit verschiedenen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten – sowohl mit technischen als auch nichttechnischen Interessengruppen.
Du kannst Anforderungen erfassen, technische Konzepte verständlich erklären und Bedenken ausräumen.
Du bist in der Lage, verschiedene Systeme und Anwendungen mithilfe von APIs oder anderen Integrationsmethoden zu verbinden und zu optimieren, um eine reibungslose Automatisierung im gesamten Unternehmen sicherzustellen.
Du bist ein Teamplayer und legst großen Wert darauf, gemeinsam mit Deinen Kollegen Ziele zu erreichen und sie zu unterstützen.
Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für Aufgaben und treibst diese proaktiv voran.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch ist von Vorteil. Weitere Sprachen sind ebenfalls ein Plus.

We are seeking an experienced individual to spearhead our automation strategies and elevate our operational efficiency. As a Business Automation Manager at Peter Park, you will be instrumental in optimizing our workflows, implementing cutting-edge automation tools, and leveraging technology to streamline operations. Your goal is to take human interaction out of redundant processes ensuring scalability by designing robust business processes and building production-ready automations with no/low-code-tools.

Your responsibilities:

You develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
You manage and leverage a spectrum of automation tools, including Make, Zapier, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and programming languages like Python or JavaScript, to design, implement, and optimize automated solutions tailored to the organization's requirements and workflow needs.
You analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas that could benefit from automation. You combine your strong business understanding with your analytics and technical expertise to put them into action.
You are responsible for monitoring automated processes, ensuring their proper functioning, troubleshooting issues, and performing maintenance tasks to optimize performance.
You utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of automation processes, generating reports and insights to assess how automation impacts key performance indicators (KPIs).
You stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in automation and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing automation processes.
You work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful implementation of automation initiatives.
You critically question and improve the status quo; While delving into automation, you'll understand current operations, sparking ongoing innovative ideas for more efficient and effective processes.

Who are we looking for?

You have a Bachelor's or Master degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration coupled with 2+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, or related areas.
You have a strong command of automation tools like Make, Zapier, or similar platforms, enabling you to build efficient automated solutions.
You possess a background or understanding in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) or scripting to customize and fine-tune automated workflows.
Your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with diverse teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to gather requirements, convey technical concepts, and address concerns.
You have the ability to integrate and streamline diverse systems and applications using APIs or other integration methods to ensure seamless automation across the organization.
You are a team player, valuing teamwork and supporting colleagues as a priority.
You are willing to take responsibility for tasks and proactively drive them.
Fluency in English, German is a plus. Other languages are a plus.
