(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d)

Do you want to shape the technical vision and drive the execution of the product roadmap in partnership with other teams such as sales and operations? Do you want to take the next step in your career and be part of a fast-growing startup? As (Senior) Product Manager you will work with cross functional roles in product management and design. You will strengthen the engineering culture in the organization, working with the tech team on growing their skills and helping the team reach their goals. You will report to the CTO.
These Challenges are waiting for you:
  • You collaborate with the technical leadership to establish a technical roadmap, evolve and shape the technical systems without compromising sustainability and stability while delivering new features.

  • You have a basic understanding of technology and user needs and work cross-functionally to bring product strategy and user needs together and lead the tech team to the best possible product. 

  • You communicate progress on active projects to the organization, cross-discipline leadership team, and stakeholders, highlighting risks, mitigations, and asks. 

  • You structure the further development process of the product in the direction of the long-term vision of the company. 

  • You develop an organizational structure in partnership with product and technical leadership to accomplish the priorities of the teams and company.

Who we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of overall engineering/product management experience, people management is an advantage.

  • Deep understanding of software, web technology, IoT, cloud technology and SaaS.

  • Experience in leading and delivering complex technical projects.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and open communication.

  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Fluent in both English and German.
